Nice build, I learned a 3500 is the right way to go if you need to keep payload capacity. I have 3500 big horn with 3,400lbs of payload after AEV built it. Sometimes buyers dont realize the XL kit deducts 470lbs from payload so if you have a 2500 w/ 2100 lbs of payload and convert to an XL you end up with approx. 1,600#. A power wagon can end up under 1k payload, etc.
thank you very much for making this amazing video, i am located in Nova Scotia. and planning to go for AEV XL packages majorly for the appearance. I am planning to switch my 1500 rebel to 2500 rebel with air suspensions, and add 20 inch wheels with 38 tires so that i could lower it a bit more than XL, do you recommend i go with air suspension or coil springs?
Silly. At that point, buy 5500 and go super single. Same money and you’re never going to worry about blowing out tires or payload. Add in enough fuel and water to actually make the truck worthwhile and you’re overweight. Frames matter.
Cool beans. I can’t keep a front end rebuild for more than a year. Buy the most concentric tires you can. Honestly one of the worst financial decisions of my life.
So what you guy's built is the all new, C.E.V. yup...you cant build an AEV but you sure can build a C.E.V. Mountaineer. You can use that name. )Canadian Expedition Vehicle...Mountaineer)
Now that's a clean build ! We'll done guys!
Thanks for watching! It's quite a truck. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
WOW THAT’S A SWEET RIDE. Great job guys.

Looking forward to see how you plan on executing the lockers. There is a company in Pennsylvania stating they have figured out utilizing ARB lockers

I park mine in my garage. Have to air down to 18 psi
Thank god my Thor air set up makes this easier than doing each individual tire
I'm surprised you didn't throw 60" tires on it and install an elevator for access.
Thought did cross our minds... Ha Ha Cheers from the Ginger and the team at EPIC!

4:15 tires look so small in that wheel well next to the Ginger!😝
Yeah, it's all about perspective. Those wheel wells are HUGE! Cheers from the team at EPIC!
