Hello crafty friends!
This is my submission into Tina's Wand swap. We had to create a wand no less than 4 1/2 inches in diameter and a 3x3 notecard to go along with it.
I went a little overboard with my wand lol! But I love it and I hope my partners do too! I used Prima's 'Something Blue' collection for the wand and some of the embellishments to go along with it.
***I also share a quick tip about stretching your dies.....you know I love sharing those!

I really love the heart layered dies on the card too! The Silhouette store has some newer layered cards that are like this.

The seam binding -unfortunately- is not available anymore :( I bought it from a girl who used to sell it through her blog and a few years ago she ended that chapter of her life :( It can be dyed by hand but I haven't tried. Beautiful, love the wands, question, where do you get the seam binding? I see you use it in a lot of your projects, but I never been able to find it at least in the area I live. TFS
crafty mom Nina Thanks! I buy seam binding from zipperstop in NYC but they have an Etsy shop too. If you are good at dying things yourself I suggest buying just the white. The colored ones here I bought a long time ago from a gal through her blog. She no longer offers it :( Sorry I couldn't help more. TFW! Hugs

You work is just amazing, and I LOVE your videos! Also, I got the die for these from Sizzix direct, it cost 24.95 plus tax and they mailed it to me as soon as it showed up from China. The original cost was 19.99 so I didn't feel too bad...so it is out there if people want thsi Brenda Walton die. I think that you also gave us an alternative to the scalloped circles dies you have for a better price? One more question, can you use a 6x6 pad for the BW large snowflake rosette? I haven't tried it yet.Thank so much!

521LakeStreet Great info, Sandy! So it wasn't a special order? I know some dies they take special orders for a fee. You can use a 6x6 piece for the large rosette but you need to cut 4 pieces. Are you talking about the largest of the two on the die itself! I think we are talking about two different things. Yes, I did have to special order it...and it came about a month after I ordered it. I paid for it when I ordered it, just call them or look online and they tell you by the die description if it is in stock or special order...I am beyond happy I got them! :) On the large die of the two Brenda Walton snowflake dies is what I was wondering about...and you answered that question! :) I cannot wait to see what you make next!
