Anyways here is a eggless brownie recipie-
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil), vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and no lumps remain. Be careful not to overmix.
If using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
