Using PEX is a good idea, will incorporated that on my splitter that is a very similar design.

What online tool were you using to calculate front downforce with different designs?

This is the tool I was using for the champcar design which will be in video 2. Change the airfoil shape to plate: www1.grc.nasa.gov/beginners-guide-to-aeronautics/foilsimstudent/
