    I loved Looxi 😭 I am so disappointed that she's just dropped off the face of the earth like this. They'd been in business for several years- why go out this way?! I'm glad you were able to recover your funds. 🖤

    I placed an order on 4/5/24 and also haven’t received anything. I was excited to be a first time customer and really just try the shadows at such an affordable price. Unfortunately because the site was having such a big sale I placed a really large order and I really feel like I’ve been scammed. You were still able to place orders not that long ago. I feel as though she took as much money as she could and closed shop which is not ok. If that’s not the case why still allow orders to be placed knowing they weren’t going to be fulfilled and all the while ignoring questions about orders that had already been placed. Really disappointing

    I never purchased anything from the brand, but knew of them, and had even been rec'd it at some point, in a makeup forum I participate in. Most of the makeup I buy is from indie brands, so I'm quite used to how that section of the makeup market works.
    This obviously smells quite funky though (as has already been hashed below), and also reminds me of Shroud Cosmetics similar disappearing act in conjunction w/ their Dark Academia palette. A comment on their IG says they're "back", but several inquiring comments have been deleted and NO word of explanation (that I've seen, anyway) was given. If anyone has any info on that situation, I'd be all ears ...

    I had placed 4 separate orders with Looxi. My first order was placed April 5th. I never received any part of any of my orders. I tried the online chat...no response. I tried emailing nothing and then they started to bounce back to me. I should have seen the red flag when PayPal was no longer an option to make a purchase. I ended up going through the resolution department at PayPal for my first 2 orders and then I had to contact my credit card company and do chargebacks for the remaining 2 orders. I just don't understand why if she couldn't keep up with the orders would she continue to have sale after sale? In any case I'm just glad I was able to get my money back on all my orders.

      I was a loyal customer with over 200 eyeshadows from them. I never received my last order either. I was able to have my bank reverse the charge once my emails were bounced back and her website went down the day after. The thing with the back to back sales is something that I have questioned myself. I see people commenting that they hadn't received their orders from March. I did received my March order. I got shipping confirmation (meaning they printed the label but didn't ship) and it was not received by usps for about a month after Looxi emailed that "it shipped". if they were that far behind with orders and "mica shipment missing" why push more sales and no communications. I almost feel that even if she went on instagram and apologize and stuff her brand wouldn't make it back financially. If she is not notifying her customers and they are all doing charge backs, not only does she lose that $ but I think she also gets fees per transaction and other repercussions.

      @@KarolinnilovesmakeupI was a loyal customer also, well over 100 shadows from them. Luckily I got my order, but it took 3 months. My bank still refunded me. So sad because I really did love the brand😢
