Street Style Fish Fry Pakora Recipe with Secret Fry Masala

Ingredients:
Washing
Fish 1.5kg
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Salt 1tbs
Carom Seeds 1tsp
Water as required
Salt 15g 3/4tbs
Red Chili 20g 1.5tbs
Garlic Powder 8g 1tbs
Cumin Powder 10g 1tbs
Garam Masala 4g 1/2tbs
Carom Seed 1tsp
Cumin 1/2tsp
Corinder 1/2tsp
Gram Flour 1.5 -2tbs
Chili Flakes 1/2tbs
Garlic Paste 1tbs
Lemon Juice of 5lemons
Prepared Spice 80g
Use 40-50g/kg for Normal spices
50-60g/kg for Spicy
Mustard Oil for Frying
