Pet friendly- Weekly Summer Rental
Are you looking for a weekly summer rental down the shore, that’s also Pet friendly? They’re hard to come by. Most condos and townhomes do not permit tenants to bring their fur babies. This is not necessarily the choice of the unit owner, but it’s an association rule, and not just from a large complex association, but also from the small 4-6 unit association.
If you plan to bring your dog on vacation, then your best bet is to find a Single Family Home, that is of course, pet friendly.
In today’s video I’m going to share with you a new rental listing we just took in Wildwood Crest. Located on Syracuse Avenue, just 2 blocks to the beach.
For a small pet fee, the owners will permit you to bring up to 2 dogs. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home is super pet friendly with a fully fenced in yard, even the front yard is fenced in. There’s a covered front porch too. The home has hardwood floors throughout the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen has tile flooring. There’s also a door off the kitchen to the fenced in back yard, where you’ll find plenty of space to play and also a fully enclosed outdoor shower.
The one bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, closets in both bedrooms and the home sleeps 6.
This home rents for $3,000.00 per week during July and August and $2,800.00 per week during June and September and the Pet fee is $150.00. Up to 2 Dogs permitted.
