Why did this race cancel ?

kion jafari because is was a big issue for the locals to keep doing our lives during the race. So annoying event for locals.

Jordi it is only one day out of 365 and on a weekend? Huge sacrifice there.

It never had the aura, spirit, legend, history etc of Penticton

except these events bring a TON of revenue in a very short period of time to the town. Hotel stays/AirBnB, dining, entertainment for 1500-2000 participants + often their families. All for only having a day of inconvenient traffic..
