Thinking of buying a house in Sarnia? Here's a quick guide:
North of Michigan Ave: The houses are on the pricier side, but the neighborhoods are top-notch.
South of the 402: More affordable, but the areas aren't as desirable.
I moved last year from the south, between Cathcart and Lakeshore, and I'm beyond happy! It's safe for kids-no issues with crime or theft.

I stayed with my family at the DYC on our sailboat for 15 years. I am 39 now. Back in the late 90s there was water problems at the beach. I remenber the Bayer plant. The breakfast at the sarnia marina was amazing at the little cafe. I saw hardees and all the other places turn into a ghost town. I used to get raiinbow popcorn at the mall. I wonder what its like today. I also wonder about lexington and port sanilac.

This lady must not be from here. There is absolutely nothing to do in this city. We have some beautiful views from the water and a few little things, but this city does not have a lot to offer for visitors besides the beach.
