This is the only horror series or movie I have ever taken a liking to. The feels and the story is as good as true. And is fully did justice to Asian Occult and dark magic practices and rituals. And the horror element was very much present without much over the top graphics. All time favourite❤❤❤

SEA Occult is something very mysterious and mystical and at times dark, and only those who have personally experienced or witnessed those rituals would get the intensity of this drama.

The guy here is a police officer (he had a close police officer who died bcz of the ghosts. He did not believe in these things until this thing happened) He is helping to find the name of the ghost. The ghost uses this opportunity and trues to kill him as he is the main victim here. He was about to open when he realised it's not the girl. *main point is if u open the door u are dead* the car door symbolises a door .
After Det. Seo, I really don't have any doubt they'll kill just anyone in this series, but really, this scene scares me. Hongsae first instinct when he see his girl standing outside on heavy rain was to open the door and bring her in, but he had experience and already can somehow differentiate between the evil spirit and the real Sanyeong. He is a learner
I was screaming at Detective Munchun "don't lock the door!!" back then. I knew it would be easier to fool them and make them open the door if they lock it, cuz the other person outside wouldn't be able to unlock and open the door on their own. That voice phisher was smart, to be honest. He questioned why couldn't that person just unlock and open the door himself when he knew the passcode in the first place. He just succumbed to the pressure to open the door and fell victim instead. Leaving the door unlock would have been a good way of testing if the person outside was human or not, and therefore if they can open the door by themselves or not.
