I love the Innovative Marine tanks - I have a Nuvo 10 that I bought second hand. Unfortunately it looks like they withdrew from the Australian market several years ago :/
The all in ones on the market need wider , larger, more versatile filter areas to fit a better variety of optional pumps, skimmers, filtering and media sources.
@@Dhira125 or a sump/ refugium under it with a hang on back over flow in the last chamber of the aio sump and have the return pump go back where the orginal one would have gone... in the last chamber of the aio sump is a good spot for a uv light
Absolutely agree! Why stretch this out so much and make the filter section unusable. I have the same problem on my waterbox 15 gallon. Why not put a good 6” section back there to fit a decent skimmer.
MAX-E 170 $1779 on BRS. If you order one make sure you get on the truck, open the box and take EVERYTHING out of it and check the tank! I did not on mine and the entire back 2 pieces of glass were destroyed because whoever packed the box when it left the manufacturer, placed the back AIO cover between the inside corner of the tank and that back wall and someone backed into it and crushed it. So I returned it after paying $150 to ship the stand and other accessories back and bought a custom rimless used 150 for $400. lol They let me keep the tank which I'm going to rebuild it for $120 with new back pieces of glass.

Probably not for most softie or even LPS setups. You may want a little additional flow in some SPS heavy situations, especially once the corals start to grow out more.

@@jonathanle972 don't get the fiji cube media basket. It's a piece of garbage that won't stay together. Other than that it's a great upgrade

Do a mixed reef. Prove you can do it! Give the budget from the lowest cost to do it, to fully outfitted.

what I do is add a canister filter

Hard to go wrong with the Nero 3. Small profile makes it a solid option for a Nuvo 10.

Would you really need a wave maker on a 14G if the DC return pump has its own pulsatile flow option? Seems like a lot of flow already

After using a Waterbox Cube 10 and and IM Lagoon 25 I can't even imagine using a Flex, I had a flex for awhile for freshwater and hated it
