Okay, I didn't know you could use the thigh to score a goal :| Regarding to moving feet, it is allowed to move the "back" foot, only the pivot foot must maintain constant contact to the ground. The Baillarina (the 360º turn) requires the tip of the foot, since it never loses contact from the ground it is legal.

And the follwoing is just a TIP, I don't want to blame you if you are not english: the correct word would be penalties, not penaltys( you should write every y-ending word like this: comedy/comedies). Keep up the good work, collect those vids! :)
@@Coltwollsch to make the goal smaller for the shooter, if you stand right in the goal the shooters have much more space to score and it makes it way easier
the one in second place should be number one, cause if you see closely the one in first place lens to far over the 7'meters line and it's basically a fault :) but all in all awesome penaltys :D
The 5th one i didn't know you can move the foot you put behind the line 😀...I mean I play handball for 3 years now and never saw someone to score with the foot or leg like the 4th one...maybe in male handball you can idk 😅
