It is very imp to investigate it further and make strict actions. The major concern is it will not allow local manufacturers to thrive. Becoz if there is under invoicing then it makes local manufacturers bleed. The prices of product coming from China becomes very cost competitive.And in most cases local manufacturer will not be able to compete with these prices.

They talk less, work more. In India there are agitations, oppositions, divisive forces , red tape, inefficiencies, tardy judiciary, corruption from lowest level like peon to highest level at every stage in govt offices, caste based reservations which is against meritocracy, bigotism, irrationality and what not.. The mobile phone on which you typed this comment is perhaps made in China. .. The fact is China makes resonable quality goods at very low prices. Chinese workers are more productive. They talk less, work more. In India there are agitations, oppositions, divisive forces , red tape, inefficiencies, tardy judiciary, corruption from lowest level like peon to highest level at every stage in govt offices, caste based reservations which is against meritocracy, bigotism, irrationality and what not.. In China such negative forces are less. Chinese work in the direction that govt wants them; in India govt has to work as per short term wishes of people and that is why there are freebies given to garner votes.
