- Join me as I clean my garden up for winter. It's autumn and that means clearing the leaves and debris ready for a new season ahead followed by a browse in Marks & Spencer in the Christmas shop! I'm doing all those autumn gardening jobs and tidying the garden for winter.

Hi Lynn, thank you for sharing your beautiful garden with You Tube. I don't have a garden myself, just grounds around the housing complex (tended by gardeners!). I was directed to your channel a few weeks ago 're Christmas prep content, have found your approach fascinating (almost military like), NOT in bad way😊. It was nice to see you had a helper with the garden clear up, spotted him in the background. Really enjoying the Christmas build up, and I can totally relate to your comment in another video 're when Christmas tree was put up at home! Keep up the great work. Elaine from Southport
Thanks for your lovely comments Elaine 🥰 My husband is my gardening buddy and we always joke that despite creating what we planned as a relatively ‘low maintenance’ space, there’s always a lot to do! We do enjoy it though. So glad you’re enjoying the Christmas prep videos. I think I created them to keep myself in check as much as anything else! I love to have a plan. It rarely gets executed with military precision let me tell you 🤣 but at least there’s a plan to come back to. Enjoy the season!
Thanks for the video's and what a beautiful garden even this time of the year.. are your bamboos sunk in pots ..i need some screening ideas
Thank you Joanne! Most of our bamboo is in the ground but yes, we do have a few in pots. The pots work out really well although we wish we’d been able to get bigger pots as they take a lot of watering if we have a dry spell in the summer. They’re perfect for screening though.
