There is a lot to love about this villa, the pantry, the garden patio, the gas in the back laundry is a plus is a plus. Not much of a dining room area, but the space off the dining room can be utilized as dining room area. Love the table with grill (so I would have to stash my U.S dining room somewhere). The loft with storage nooks is a plus. The patio is a plus. The bedrooms are too small and has no closet space, there was only three bedrooms (Closet room, MBR and room with safe) the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. There was no oven so that's a deal breaker. This Villa is aptly called SIN Hwa. This villa cannot be labeled a four bedroom (2 bedroom at best), respectively, so this is a SIN. No Oven in the kitchen is a SIN. No closets in the bedroom labeled Master bedroom is a SIN. After all this oversight all I can say is HWA.... I do appreciate you (Kevin) showing us all these houses and villas I am watching all of them. Thank you.

I would say that it is a very common big sized villa in Korea initially built for Korean rental so the unit does feel more Korean than one of US style.
