Can you use the left lane to take the 2nd exit and use the 2nd lane onto church road? Or does it have to be right lane for 2nd lane onto cuurch road

The 4th exit confuses me as my instructor told me to get into the 2nd lane from the right where as I just went into the far right lane on entry. But you can choose either?

@@Suresh-oc4cr Yes I have! Just finished my first year. Thank you. Its alot easier then it seems, just follow the lane markings and if you get it wrong don't panic.
