He kinda is most of the time, he is after bad guys (in his mind anyway) so he leaves good/boring alone. I wonder what his plan is to take down the divine swarm.
@@Raximus3000 In saying that it may be less about good and evil, but that evil tends to be the more arrogant and bloated of the two archetypes. All of his targets he never sought to kill or even damage beyond repair. Screaming Phoenix Killer he probably targeted as he had a conceited view of being the best swordsman when especially after season 3, he probably doesn't even rank in top 5.

@@darkedge221 Thanks for the detailed reply. I really need to rewatch the first movie unless the full detail (or the important parts) are contained in other media. I think I misremembered that Setsu Mu Shou was already mass-killing prior to the Sword Saint Tournament.

@@darkedge221 Exactly he manipulated him so that he can "punish" both him and the ones who made the entire tournament. Unless he dals with truly selfish villains he is going to mess up people who were on a bit of a gray area.
The more I think about it, is gale a god? From season one he was doing some crazy fighting style we have yet to see anyone else do season later, and his pipe/sword, makes me think he is a god of illusions.
I think he's just bullshit levels of talented, though I suppose that could translate to him being some sort of mortal incarnation of a god, I mean we know demons exist, but we haven't actually seen any proof gods do in this world.
Gotta love how the main cast has a villain complete with elaborate plots and schemes, at least this time he's sorta on the side of the good guys.

they usually get caught in the crossfire tho
