      i dont think to spraying footage was sped up, it is very common for australian farmers to spray over 30khr

    having those huge seeders in that field makes so much more sense than in fs19, ravenport and felsbrunn has very few huge arable fields so i'm really hoping that they bring in a map thats much bigger or at least has more large arable fields..

      @Tsunauticus III I have a few Facebook friends who live in Africa and it's become accustomed for me to add the country as well. Very few Africans know about world geography. I love culture. As a farmer myself, 1,200 acres of tomatoes, I love entertaining/educating myself with what others are doing on this planet. Take care.

      So the paddock with the JD was last years pasture paddock. In this region the term "pasture" pretty much means non cropped and whatever grows is used for sheep to graze. Usually the paddocks for pasture are cropped only every second year. With good management there will be lots of clover popping up.... so in short, the paddocks were last years clover

    What about cover crops and no till?

    • @TheGrayham92
      @TheGrayham92  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Captain Beast so out here there isn’t very much reliable rain to grow a cover crop during the summer months and also 40*c temperatures don’t really do much for a cover crop. As soon as it starts raining again in late April or May (we hope) the next crop is planted

    • @Chris.B1111
      @Chris.B1111 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheGrayham92 Seems like a cover crop is needed. Those high temps and little rain are the perfect reason to have one. preserve soil moisture instead of making it worse by tilling.

      @@Chris.B1111 moisture is the most limiting factor growing a crop in Australia. If you grow a crop over summer it dries the soil profile out and you are starting with nil. The best practice is to maintain stubble cover and kill all summer weeds

    0:11-0:31 (8:13-8:36) - а как так точно оставляете расстояния для прохода (не больше и не меньше, а ТОЧНО по ширине сеялки)?? И вдобавок четко выдерживаете прямолинейное движение (на малой скорости) без вихляний и уводов в сторону???? Может поделитесь рецептом такого профессионализма???
