    btw i'm curious are software developer well paid in Nepal? And what about yours? If you feel not to share here you can just rate it (0-10) : below 5 is worse 5 is average above 5 is satisfatory and 8+ damn good...
    coz I m also into this field.. currently in my first year of the bachelor in Computer Engineering.!

    • @KeshavDulal
      @KeshavDulal  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends! If you manage to get a remote job in Nepal and earn in USD then 8+
      But if you only work with "local" companies that pay in NRS... well then it really depends.
      Here's my programming/tech channel where I might cover those things in detail in future.

    My friend, who is also Nepali, is looking for someone to do some part-time web dev work for his startup. The pay should be good. I’ll give him your website. He’ll reach out if he likes your work.
    Is that fine with you?

    Hello Keshav!
    I am a high school student studying in Kathmandu and I'm planning to get a software engineering or computer science undergraduate degree and I think I'll go abroad for that. Is it worth going to a foreign land for bachelor degree? Or is it too soon and I've to wait for masters degree? I want to become a software developer/Engineer and I can't find satisfactory degree here in Nepal.

    • @KeshavDulal
      @KeshavDulal  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Forget degree, go to college for exposure (to meet new friends, learn to socialize, network, and work in teams and to explore).
      College as an institution is there just to guide you, you will have to figure out a lot on your own and no college in the world will teach you that.
      Going abroad means more exposure, more competition and that's good.
      And regarding masters... well you might not need that if you do okay with your bachelors. Good luck.
