At the company I drive for, we use our red warning lights whenever we're loading students in the morning or afternoon, including on school property. The company that owns the buses shown in this video does not require use of the reds when loading students in the afternoon at a school, and no regular bus driver I've interacted with used their red lights when loading at the school. I don't agree with it, but whatever.

Still trying to pick up your district's radios on my scanner, but I'll have to see if I can pick up Oswego from Wheaton. By the way, I heard that a few of our Illinois Central West Chicago drivers have come over to the Oswego district.
