@@rosemarijnroes Hi Rose, it's not that the illusory me causes it but more so when the illusory me is absent that only happiness remains. Do that make sense?
@@mikebell4435 No this is not a state of happiness. It is everything. Sadness , anger, the floor, biking. You could say in a subtle way joy is underneath everything.
