Yes break it down. What All does fear look like and how it becomes normal to us and we feel like that is what its supposed to be. I am learning to identify frar in all shapes and forms. How we are afraid to open up to new things and accept our own faults in order to heal or overcome anything. We don't really look at "not wanting to" or "that's how i raised" or anger, etc as the fear of the unknown or differences. We have to recognize them to fix it and be bettet. Praise God! Lord, open our hearts that we may seek understanding.

It's good to take the time to write it down in a journal so that we don't forget. Can we please start facing our fears that we have of other people. Couldn't we just be brave enough to break the silence and risk playing the part of a fool in order to bridge the gap of silence and misunderstanding that comes with it? Can't we look at people with an open mind and ask God to help us look at others through his eyes.
