Denzel, I just want to take the time out to thank you for simplifying this debt weapon. I've watched a multitude of videos on velocity backing, paycheck parking, and PLOC. If I would've watched your videos when I worked on my credit, I would probably have little to no debt and working on an investment property or 2. You simplify this so well. Thank you for your time and ability to explain so that some can understand. I know some will still have trouble understanding. However, if they watch your videos a few times, it'll all come together.

If you take out a line of credit unsecured 20,000 dollars and you don’t use it ,do you immediately start paying monthly payments on that money or does the payment start the moment you use some of the money?
Juan Alvarez only if that bank offers a line of credit that you bank with already then yes. If the bank you bank with does not offer a line or credit then you don’t apply for anything because they can’t offer what we want.
@@DenzelNapoleonRodriguez I found a CU that does PLOC, however they approved me for a Loan, but would not approve me for a PLOC. Do you have a CU you recommend in California?

My local credit union offers PLOC but the interest is fixed and its a preset credit limit. Should I apply elsewhere?

My I ask, from your experience, what’s the typical FICO score the banks look at to get approved for an LOC? Mines is pretty bad right now @ 550
I would wait till you get it up to about 650 or higher and always check the eligible requirements for the specific bank you end up applying at
