Btw private sector employee get EPFO and EPS in which 50 percent is contributed by government you forgot I thinking. I am in private sector as well and I get EPFO and EPS . I need some money to buildy house and instead of loan I use my 40 percent of current EPFO balance and get money in 3 days.

Govt is for government employees.eps 95 pension not increase by govt .union meet govt 2 times to 4 times from pm to labour minister. From Private employees govt deducted money from salary from 10 to 30 years as per law. But we are getting 1000 to 3000 rs pension. Why so discrepancy. Tears are coming from private employes eyes. There is only four questions in my mind that why government doesn't want to implement OPS for Government employees? If the Unified Pension Scheme is so beneficial for the government employees, then is it the same for all the ministers, leaders and all the MLAs/MPs? And what about contributions made by employees till now? Why does this scheme have to be implemented only from 2025? Can't there be any arrangement that can be implemented from now onwards?

Let me clear..... In NPS scheme you have to 10% of your basic+DA and your department will add 14% of your Basic+ DA( assume your basic is 10000 and DA is 5000 so, 10%of basic and DA is 1500 and department will add 14% which is around 2100 . Overall 1500+2100=3600) then on the accumulated sum you will get around 8% extra depending market and their is all yours
But in UPS scheme you will get 50℅ of your last basic every month and you demise you family will get 60% and lum sum is just a minimal just to drive you after retirement
Private sector employees should also be equally treated.... Why such discrimination ? We are also working day and night and contributing hefty tax for nation building.... BJP should bring some good scheme for pensionary benefits of private sector employees...

Answerability of government sector, bonus on profit only, productivity needs also to be addressed .All benefits given like housing, health schemes, leave , security of job, assured DA increase , assured increment, assured pay level increase, should be counted as pay package. Then only people will know what they r enjoying in government sector with respect to others.
Govt should now also look into the service provided by the permanent employees whether it is proportional to the amount and priviledges they are paid for. Specially in research sector where only a handful work , rest sit and take full salary where the Contractual employees only work .

यदि मैं ग़लत नहीं हूँ तो, न्यूज़ की भाषा से लगता हैं कि, बेसिक की 50% पेंशन मिलेगी। उस पर नया डीए भी मिलेगा। पर पेंशन बनते समय आधा डीए नहीं मिलेगा। अन्यथा ये ops ही दें सकते थे।OPS में बेसिक प्लस डीए की आधी पेंशन बनती हैं फिर उस पर बढ़ने वाला डीए भी मिलता हैं।

Private employees too can opt for nps and anyways nps can never ever fail
But since this is retrospective since 2004, last 20 years deficit will be paid by the Sarkaar at the cost of taxpayers. Also, retired employees will get the benefit too without having to contribute a single paisa from their pocket.

One cannot comment unless read the policy guidelines unified pension scheme. The minister is briefing the methodology adopted for the scheme. There are so many other elements are need to be seen like disbursement of employers contribution towards PF and applicability of DA etc. if the govt is implementing the pension scheme,then why it should be at par with ops.
The government is not commenting the people working in organised sector and unorganised sector, where the maximum exploitation of labour and other working. In today's situation, trade unions are also silent about labour force working in the unorganised sector. The entire outsourcing of regular nature of govt and semi govt works are carried out the labours of unorganised sector. Their working condition, statutory payments like PF, ESIC, bonus etc are eating away by the contractors as no checks and balances from the labour commissioners office. I the govt should initiate to stream line the unorganised sector from exploitation.

Sir, please think of Private School Teachers. Working very hard, they get dust elergy, Asthama, grinding away the teeth by talking more for teaching, loosing the eye sight by correcting more and more notes. Standing for many years getting vericosis veins, grinding away the bones, finally, they are leading very miserable life.

AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ALL EFFICIENT OR DEDICATED, BUT MAJORITY OF THE EMPLOYEES WORK HARD FOR THE PUBLIC WELFARE. PEOPLE STILL THINK THEIR TAXES ARE GOING TO THE UNDESERVED. THEN TRY HARDER AND CLEAR EXAMS AND JOIN GOVT SERVICE.
THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMEONE WHO IS MORE FORTUNATE THAN YOU AND WILL REAP BETTER REWARDS FOR LESS EFFORT. RISE ABOVE HATE AND ACHIEVE WHAT DESIRE. AND TRY LIVING IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES, AND THEN YOU WILL SEE WHAT HIGH TAX IS.
FIGHT FOR BETTER INFRASTRUCTURE AGAINST YOUR TAXES.

We want equality. Agr neta/mantri/judge ops le rahe hai to hme bhi barabar ops de de. Bs smanta ki bat hai. Ek desh ek pension hmara hqk hai. Agr wo ops ka tyag kr ups/NPS le le to hme bhi nischit rup se wo mnjur hona chahiye. BJP Khud ek desh ek kanoon ki bat krti hai , to use desh me pension bhi ek hi , sbke liye , lagu kr Deni chahiye. We want only old pension scheme.
Old Pension is better than New Pension System.

@@srangsa1011 bhai...NPS mai total monthy 28% (14+14) salary ka. Let us assume Average salary 30 saal ki per month 1lac. Uss hisaab se 30 saal tumhe aaj ke rate main 4 crore approx milega. Tum monthly interest nikaal saktey ho 50k ya 1lac ya 1.5 tumhare hisaab se aur woh tumhare biwi aur uske baad bacche ko bhi milega.
OPS mai agar tumhe basic ka 50% milta hai, 1lac basic Matlab 50k. Biwi ko 30k milega. Bacche ko kuch nahi milega.
