My Granny thought that the sun shone out of my arse. I took it all for granted, and being a young know everything when she died a long time ago, I just took it in my stride. I have regretted not telling her how much I loved and respected her ever since , for 50 bloody years. God bless you Paul for saying what you needed to say. But I really, REALLY appreciate you talking so openly about mental health. So important that we normalise talking about this stuff to remove the stigma and so we can help and support each other. Sorry for your loss. Very similar story to my Gran - last thing we ever said to each other was I told her I loved her and she replied to me “more than words”. I’ll never forget it.
