Hi Payal, here is a tip to straighten your Tawa. Take it to your outdoor grill and put it on the flame. Let it be until it becomes nice and hot, then take a heavy object , maybe a brick or a stone & place it on the Tawa . It will straighten. Turn off the flame & let it cool down with the weight on it . Then you will see it has started to straighten. Repeat this process if needed.

For ur tava, this time when it is hot keep it on a plain surface and then keep something heavy on it to balance the tilt and then leave it for some time. And next time on, do buy a heavy base cast iron tava for urself

Hi Payal. I have faced a exactly same issue with Imusa tawa for 2 times. I do not why the tawa bends but it does after 2-3 months and won’t heat evenly. I gave up on non-stick and have been using the Lodge cast iron griddle for the last one year. Totally happy with my decision and cannot think of my chapatis, parathas and dosas without my cast iron griddle. They are one time investment for only $14.99 and can be handed to future generations as a heirloom :) Best wishes!
Payal, if u r planning to buy a new tawa plz buy Lodge Company cast iron tawa. It’s really good. It takes time to get used to iron tawa but once u get adjusted to it, u won’t go for a different one. Iron is also good for health. It’s available on Amazon.

Hi Payal, the tava problem might be due to your induction cooktop. Whenever you buy any utensils, check if they are noted to be ok for induction cooking, because you have that. Some utensils are suitable for gas cooking and electric only.
Sorry, I don’t know how you can fix it. If itz says suitable for induction cooking, then you can email or call customer service and give them photos. They will likely replace or refund.
Hope you saw this solution about your pan! Also can make sure that while using that pan, have gas on low-to-medium heat only.
Your husband is right.. whenever anyone enters your home must be happy looking at your happy smiling face,no need of any paintings.. mornings me uthke, bina make-up, night gown me aap vlog start karti ho & firbhi beautiful dikhti ho , hair kaise bhi pin-up hote hai .. just like we home makers are in the morning.. really commendable. Mera bhi same holiday mood mein noon agar coronavirus an hota tho tonight v will be flying to India had many plans Sab chopat ho Gaya n even our families also feeling bad unko next year tak wait Karan padega. Dear better use cast iron ka tava life long rahega.pasta looked yummy feel like to cook immediately but diet par noon tho control karna padega.i also did some paintings in bottle n canvas( warli painting).started doing all craft works which I use to do before marriage. Payel Like I told you earlier, please invest in a cast iron tawa..Lodge cast iron is the best. Trust me you will love it. Food gets so tasty in cast iron because of the even heat distribution.

Ur tawa is very thin ...not recommended for coil electric use.
Buy harder part of tava like cast iron tawa will work on coil electric.
Actually some thin tawa doesn't hold too much heat.So that's why it became theda😄

Hello Payalji, my first comment from Edison, NJ! We're headed for our second camping trip via Tentrr and I highly recommend them! My 3 yr old loved it....last week went near Poconos (we were the only ones) and this weekend we're going near Woodstock (if it's too crowded due to the long weekend we plan to just spend our time at the campsite, eat cook and swim in the stream adjoining our campsite....the tents also come with comfortable queen size beds over which we have to spread our bedding and wet toilets:))....am sure Raay may enjoy it too!
Hi Payal I have the same cooking hob. You can use induction based Tefal tawa for making rotis. I am using it and it is really good.

I understand how it feels when ur not going anywhere not even to grocery store. But I'm praying God things should be normal soon .... if we plan to go out also like a long drive ... we can manage taking food but toilets are big problem. So right now it's best to avoid travelling and better to go around you own house.
Coming to tawa .... the problem is hot plate induction stove not the tawa .... what you are using Imusa or any Indian brand non stick dosa tawa they will tilt soon if u cook on high. What I suggest is go for Iron Skillet from Lodge its heavy but worth buying you can easily make roti, parathas and dosas and will sustain high temperatures. If you are planning to buy make sure to buy silicon rubber handle with it.

Sister is oven per aur electric kisi bhi oven per tawa ki same halat hoti hai best way hai app bhi meri tarha electric griddle buy ker lo bohat achi roti banti hai aur pancake stakes cutlets bohat kuch bohat acha banta hai
I think tomar tawa tilted hoye jaye because tomar induction type oven ... So tumi heavy bottom tawa try korte paro or cast iron tawa
