I love watching Asmr in the morning to start the day, I also love it in the daytime when eating lunch and just relax after work ❤️ I get a much more positive light feeling of Asmr with light, and for sleep I just lower the light in my phone or just listen with my eyes closed 💕 but I use Asmr more in the daytime and morning ☀️
