Yes they can build on your lot or a lot in any neighborhood that allows custom homes. The only 55 and better community that you can build a custom bone is River Bend section of Sun City. There may only be a couple lots left in there. If you send me your email, I will send you what is available.

Not custom. It’s a track home quality house that you can make a few changes to.
I agree they are not fully custom. You have to choose one of their many floor plans.
