What is the weight of those sabers? My arm stops functioning effectively after 20 seconds of swinging, and mine wights about 900 grams or 1 kilo. It's not like I'm completely weak either - I can do dozens of pushups and handstand, but my wrists turned out to be surprisingly weak.

The right one looks like a Sigi Pro ( could be something different though) which would place it at around 750g. While that might not seem like a big difference, those 150-200g make a world of difference over time. That said, it is really normal that the wrist is the weakest link in the beginning :) If you struggle a lot I can recommend looking at the radaellian system and its followers. It is more elbow focused and keeps the wrist mostly locked and as such is much much easier to adapt to in the beginning. Just my two cents, hope you don't mind :)

@@SimpSlayer420 thank you! In the passed time I also realized that my wrist was getting so beat up so quickly because I held my saber in a high hammer grip all the time.

@@Paul_Sergeyev Ahh yes, that can make it worse. I have to admit if I'm really tired sometimes my thumb slips to the side as well and I end up in Hammefist too haha

Basic exercise for hand strength in fencing is squeezing rubber ball for full effect. Dont train your wrist, train your full range grip strength, which should includes all strength from finger to fore arm. And especially that you will not hurt yourself doing so.

@@Paul_SergeyevYour saber is quite heavy. Also its center of mass greatly affect speed/stamina.
It isn't a surprise when you cant swing it more than 20s lol.

I’ve only learned a little saber, focus on regimental style that emphasizes basically always having weight on the rear foot, except when lunging obviously.
I notice a lot of front weighted stances here, like i would expect in long sword, does this come from any particular text(s)? I know older, pre-regimental, saber and broadsword can be very different.

I was curious aswell so did some looking around, it appears to be the hanwei pecoraro saber or at least that hilt and possibly a different blade since in some of his videos it looks curved, I know castille sells a conversion for coldsteel and hanwei gymnasium swords so its probably one of their blades on the pecoraro hilt.
