Sohpung Waterfalls || Part - I || Sohra || Meghalaya || India || (Nov 2021)

Sohpung Falls is a newly discovered Waterfall located at Lummawshken village near Sohra. The village community had released a video of it just about a week ago. To reach the falls, one has to park their vehicle at a designated parking lot and hike about 1km down the steep slope through lush green virgin forests. The hike has a medium level of difficulty. The village have constructed a very nice viewpoint at the end of the trail. We infact followed the stream and reached the mouth of the waterfalls which was quite an amazing experience. After completing this trek, we went to look for another hidden waterfall. That will be Part-II. Come and join us as we explore a new place today.
