Just got mine....you moved your phone to landscape mode...mine will not do that. I have to move the big arm. Is there a button I need to push? I don't want to try and force it because I don't want to break it.

F is full follow, and HF is half follow mode. I hope that answered your question!!! :)

What I don't like about this; it's that I can't connect an external microphone because that end of the phone is right against the holder.

Double-press the power button to switch between landscape and portrait.
