One of my favorite sequels of Toy Story next to the third film from it's introductions to new characters and a balance of Action and comedy it's easily one of those Pixar sequels you will never get tired off. Thanks for the reaction Angelina and looking forward to your reaction to Toy Story 3.
The second one is definitely the best. Its got a more developed story in my opinion and its just a better film. Also, yes, it has made me and my brother keep our toys. Im 20 and he is 21 and we just cant seem to bring ourselves to get rid of them

I personally enjoyed the first film more because Woody and Buzz’s arcs were amazing and it was great watching their relationship grow. It also felt like it had higher stakes than this film in Sid’s house and the “So Play Nice” scene is just a masterpiece. They’re both brilliant films though.
Angelina, there was a puppet cowboy show on tv on saturday mornings in the 1950s , it was called the Howdy Doody show and he had a live studio audience full of kids and a sidekick person dressed as a clown, it was the biggest thing for kids, i don't know how long it lasted but it didn't get cancelled right away . you can see a clip of it in Back to the Future 3 , and the kind of energy the kids had in a movie called UHF.
Originally this was conceived a as a direct to video movie, but thankfully this never happened, following the commercial and box office success of A Bug's Life.
Ec Catmul and Steve Jobs convinced Disney to put it as a theatrical movie because doing DVD to video diminishes the quality and Pixar is all about giving the best quality
I've never heard of A BUG'S LIFE being a part of the decision: according to THE PIXAR TOUCH, a book about the company (at least, according to the pages that are available on Google), Disney was just very impressed with some early work done on the movie, and decided to upgrade it to Theaters. The book also makes an interesting point: that Pixar, as it was set up, wasn't very conducive to the idea of low-budget fare - in part because Pixar wanted the freedom of moving its extremely talented pool of employees from project to project, and therefore, "[s]ince labor costs added up to 75 percent or more of the production costs, it was unrealistic to try and make a significantly lower-cost production as long as all the films were to come from the same pool of employees earning the same salaries."

Actually, you can eat most packing peanuts. They are made from like, corn. They are made to be water dissolvable and biodegrade super easy so that they don't pollute. I know this cause in college 20 years ago I had a friend who liked to eat them, which you can imagine was somewhat of a reaction grabber.

I just heard the announcement that Pixar is making a 5th installment of this series, and I’m not sure if that’s a good idea. They should’ve ended the series with the 4th movie. Now, say what you will about “4”, but I thought it was a good movie. Not great, not the best movie of all time or anything, but it was good. It had its ups and downs, but it’s not like it ruined the characters for me like the internet claims it to be. Crucify me all you want, but I’m grateful with the 4th film. But “5”, now it seems like Pixar is pushing it a little too far.

Jessie’s backstory in this movie 🎥 was really sad 😢 and it made my heart 💜 cry 😢. Every time I think about that scene I wouldn’t dare give up my Jessie doll that I still have when I was a little girl. That song 🎵 “When She Loved Me” is really beautiful 🤩 and sad 😔 at the same time, Sarah McLachlan sang that song 🎵 so beautifully that it can really make you cry 😢.

This has always been my favorite toy story movie! Jessie is my #1 favorite character and bullseye is my 2nd. When I first got my toy Jessie I remember always bringing her everywhere with me. I even had her Halloween costume still have it just don’t know where it is & I was her for Halloween for like 6 or 7 years in a row. And I would never sleep without her, & I remember trying to catch her coming to life whenever I left the room. 😂 Love your videos!

Toy Story 1 & 2 mean so much to me, I have loved them since childhood. I have to admit, these films have made me keep all of my toys, I can't bring myself to let go of any of them. I feel too guilty. Anyway, Toy Story 2 has always been my favourite. I don't know why. There's just something about it. Every-time I watch this film, the feeling of nostalgia is so STRONG.
I had a raggidy rag mickey mouse doll that belongs to my cousin, he gave it to me and it was the most precious thing ever. I gave up all my toys except that doll. Even tho it lost its ears, I still took care of it until 13. However, when we move closer to my cousin's, I sneakily placed the doll to his room to surprise him that his once favorite doll was still alive. A week later I found out that it was thrown away. I was broken. It doesn't help that the reason why I did that because I was affected so much with this movie.

Jessie’s backstory in this movie 🎥 was really sad 😢 and it made my heart 💜 cry 😢. Every time I think about that scene I wouldn’t dare give up my Jessie doll that I still have when I was a little girl.
That song 🎵 “When She Loved Me” is really beautiful 🤩 and sad 😔 at the same time, Sarah McLachlan sang that song 🎵 so beautifully that it can really make you cry 😢.

This has always been my favorite toy story movie! Jessie is my #1 favorite character and bullseye is my 2nd. When I first got my toy Jessie I remember always bringing her everywhere with me. I even had her Halloween costume still have it just don’t know where it is & I was her for Halloween for like 6 or 7 years in a row. And I would never sleep without her, & I remember trying to catch her coming to life whenever I left the room. 😂 Love your videos!

I relate to the "don't touch me in public" thing - It's not that I don't want my partners affection or attention, just that I HATE the attention you get from others when you take part in PDA... It just feels gross.
The toy story 3 game is legendary. I've spent hours on it and the haunted house used to scare me. Spent hours fuming over the basement level. I revisited it when I was older and it was not as hard as I remember though.

I feel like Jessie being not happy with woody being so desperate to leave is understandable, not exactly correct, but understandable. Even without the backstory of being someones toy once, we saw how much being in the dark storage took a toll on her, thats akin to like solitary confinement.
Toy Story 1 & 2 mean so much to me, I have loved them since childhood. I have to admit, these films have made me keep all of my toys, I can't bring myself to let go of any of them. I feel too guilty. Anyway, Toy Story 2 has always been my favourite. I don't know why. There's just something about it. Every-time I watch this film, the feeling of nostalgia is so STRONG.
The best of the 4 movies for me. Used to watch it daily when I was little.
I had a raggidy rag mickey mouse doll that belongs to my cousin, he gave it to me and it was the most precious thing ever. I gave up all my toys except that doll. Even tho it lost its ears, I still took care of it until 13. However, when we move closer to my cousin's, I sneakily placed the doll to his room to surprise him that his once favorite doll was still alive.
A week later I found out that it was thrown away. I was broken. It doesn't help that the reason why I did that because I was affected so much with this movie.
The only Toy Story movie I was allowed to watch as a kid, and to this day the only one I've seen in full. I love it so much.
The Chicken Man bad guy's voice actor played Newman the mailman in Seinfeld, also the bad guy in the first Jurassic Park movie.
