Unfortunately the game end up crashing at the end. I guess that's too much for 32 bits game, even custom stages can't save this disaster that TB created.
I noticed in your gameplay for RJAA you select "continue approach", as opposed to granting landing permissions as soon as they're available which you have done in the past (if I remember correctly), why the change?
In actual Narita ATC, if there is a takeoff or landing aircraft in front of him, he is instructed to continue his approach. Then, when all is clear, permission to land is given. I think he's getting close to the real thing.
Narita is an important international cargo hub for Tokyo. Given the time of night, very few international flights come and go at such an hour, as it is inconvenient for passengers. The "graveyard" timeslots are therefore used for cargo flights. This scenario takes place at 4 am.
