At this point I am convinced Konami is the only one playing a game in the break room thinking of ways to clown on you all and not only will you keep playing, you'll keep buying, defend terrorism. So you kinda deserve this. You voted for this.
I got my Euro invite with a modified version of n3sh's brandedless list from last year. I got the idea to go back to it after playing runick bystial. SP and regained work really well together. It's a fun deck to play with a lot of lines. I don't think the power ceiling is as high as regular branded despia, but it isn't as weak to cards like ash and d barrier.
Idk, I think brandedless power ceiling is higher. It can be harder to get started though. Once it starts rolling though it's unstoppable.
I've been playing horus bystial resonator for a few weeks now. The SP, Chengying, Regained interaction is soooo good. Botdecking your opponents card from an SP so they can't get it back feels so free.

Been tinkering with branded Despia a lot lately. And it can’t always break through the snake eyes deck but it can do damage quite often! It’s definitely my deck of choice right now
To comment on what you brought up at the beginning of the video, I also went to the regional Nesh was at and played only board breakers in purrely. It went exactly as you said, I traded for only 1 or 2 interruptions and died to the drolls, nibirus, veilers and random floodgates set after game 1. I was matched Vs 3 snake eyes in 4 rounds and lost to all of them to their handtraps while trying to break the board.
Everyone believes Branded is a timeless deck due to its consistent presence in the meta for over two years. However, the truth is that it has received substantial support throughout this period, unlike decks like Swordwsoul that also existed for a long time without being touched. Branded can easily adapt to the evolving meta for another two years, like Dragon Link it will eventually get hit.
It is not the "sleeper", it is not the "underdog", it is a deck Konami has been supporting and not adding to the F&L list because they want it to be strong but that is not going to last forever.
I mean, the main issue with breakers not being as good as they should is mainly how crazy SE piles are right now. Bc avarge hand of SE consist from 1 card combo and 4-3 handtraps. And that's the problem.

Sancitifire banned, and either branded in red banned or Albion fusion to 1. They need to hit the recursion of the deck somehow…. They get so many resources back every single end phase and that shit is so annoying.
Did you think about the kashtira cards in snake eye, I was thinking 3 Fenrir, 3 Unicorn and 1 or 2 Birth. The logic is: Kashitira does not lose to hand traps, snake eye does not lose to bb, kahstira cards in the mirror are just insane too. I do not have the chance to test really, and the ratios may be not right, could you give it a shot by any chance?

What can you play instead of Triple Tactics Thrust?
I’ve only been playing branded for a few months but it’s truly the best card in the deck. I don’t think there’s a good substitute for thrust into fusion duplication. People normally say add crossout and ash and imperm if you don’t have thrust but I think that’s massive copium and you should instead max out on talents, add Branded in White. Basically just more opportunities to actually play the game.
Nadir servant is pretty damn good. Going second less so but then its spots you can use for siding, like the shaddoll engine for instance

I still don't understand why the ocg hates the branded deck so much. The deck's mid range at best, loses to most hand traps and cant really put any reliable negates on the board.
The annoying part about playing full Hand traps is dying to random flood gates and stun decks.
Maybe that is just me tough and a problem you face at smaller events more than at a YCS

It's funny, Triple Shark Cannon also looks to be the Duel Links meta, you need to answer Orcust, Lunalight, and Shiranui ASAP and their skill currently locks you to Raye and stolen monsters so it's necessary for Link Climbing too.
