    The most underrated chess coach on planet Earth! I can't believe we are getting another steps video. Thank you, Mio!

    Mio, you did it again 🤔...You created another great lecture on the Sicilian Dragon 😀 - this time, the sidelines (I played against the 6. Bg5 line, twice - lost one and won one) and was winging it without knowing any knowledge on how to combat this line; hence, that is why I came here, to learn this line, rather winging it and risk getting crushed next time😉. You should be nominated for TH-cam chess presenter of the year for your outstanding videos on this great Dragon variation 👏

    What I love the most about your style of opening videos is how you emphasize plans, general ideas, and resources (rather than just giving lines). Thank you Mio, and wish you (and your family) a happy new year!

    Happy new year. Keep making the videos - absolutely everyone I speak to about chess, at some point, I end up saying "there's this guy on TH-cam who did a really good video on that..." and then pass them a link to one of your videos. Over time you'll get a huge audience. And 25k subscribers is pretty decent.

    It may be added that in variation 6.Bb5+ Bd7, the retreat 7.Be2 can be treacherous (as Giri has pointed out in his book on the Dragon). Its idea is that Bd7 now blocks the d6-d5 push, and Giri's antidote looks something for more advanced players.

    Hi,
    In the line with 6.g3 Nc6 7. Bg2 Nxd4 8. Qxd4 Bg7 9. e5 is it not easier to play 9....Ng4 10. f4 Nh6 11. h3 Nf5 12. Qf2 dxe5 13. g4 Nd6 as in Onichuk against Jones? It looks like as Black has the easier game with h5, which you like a lot.

    Hello coach... I am from the Philippines. I love watching your video tutorials in chess. Thank you so much for sharing this kinds of videos for FREE... While watching your videos I was curious, I mean, may I know what application are you using? The one you are showing to us which you can put arrows or highlight a certain square... Please let me know the name of the application... Thank you so much...❤️❤️❤️

    Hi - What do you think of Fischer's strategy of " Pry open the Rook file & Sac, Sac Mate ! " - ??? 😶

    • @anandbenegal
      @anandbenegal 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      you still need to have enough of a dominant positional advantage (and enough pieces) left to do that. That plan absolutely works but one has to be mindful how one gets there. Can't sack too early out of the opening against positionally aware players.
