Hi Sarah I love these embroidered hearts, especially love the beaded blanket stitch I'll definitely be giving that a go thanks for sharing Helen (patron member)
I’m loving your slow stitch techniques. I’ve recently completed a project for my quilt guild and am reminded that I enjoy the hand work. I’ve subscribed and will be catching up on your videos. I really like your style and way of making everything look easy to do. Your close camera work is super helpful and overall inspiring! I’m enjoying 👏👏👏
Really, really awesome video! Purple and blue are my favourite colours so of course I loved this beautiful looking heart! I am already looking for pieces to have a go at one myself! Sarah, thanks again for the wonderful easy and gorgeous project ideas! Much appreciated, as always!💜
Fantastic Sarah. Thank you so much. Im not a big fan of blanket stitch but the beaded version transforms it into a stunning option. Im excited to get my bits out now.❤💚
Thank you Sarah. I love to see embroidery. I've done some over time ,and my mum used to do some for me. I've got them and going to put them up in my bedroom. I used to do long stitch pictures as well. You are talented. Well done. X
Wonderful video Sarah! Thank you so much for all the different ways of decorating these hearts! They are so lovely and fun. I can’t wait to try these after I work on my slow stitching! ❤
Sarah, your videos are awesome!!! I am new to embroidery and slow stitching and I love it. I do several other crafts such as seed bead weaving and this is a great way to use some of my beads. I have quite a large stash. Thank you so much for teaching us new ways to stitch.
Totally agree! Each new video adds another project to my growing list and I think I’ll truly be old and grey when I’m finally able to complete them all!! Lol
Thank you for all of the wonderful tutorials! 🧵🪡✂️ I was wondering where I might find a tabletop holder like the one you’re using in this video. Thank you for your help.
Hello Sarah. When I apply my appliqués -I sometimes use some fusible material (glued with iron) before I stitch all around to the back.. I love appliqués so I am working on a project inspired by the cover of a magazine, fairy with long wings. I think it would be perfect to use the technique of your dragonfly. Can not wait to try.
Sarah, very interesting and got my mind doing overtime Could I ask you about a completely different topic please? Have you made a video of slate frames and how to set them up and use them verses hoops? I can't find one but would love to see how they are used. Thank you, Anne
There is one Anne on framing up; it's a small frame but the principle is the same. Go to the channel page (click on my logo) and order the videos into oldest first and it will be one of those 👍
Thank you, Sarah, you’re always so generous with giving us free patterns. I know we all appreciate it.
Isn't she the sweetest? Agree.
