What will my E30 sound like with a turbo? It would sound "suuutututu" like Welcome To The Madness 2JZ E30 here: th-cam.com/video/wN76CpgrUTc/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/OYi3uQg-P6E/w-d-xo.html
half an hour in and Im still mesmerized by how this is coming together, definitely changed my idea of how difficult it could be, now I have a much better idea of what Im really getting into
I was specting a 15 minutes installing a "plug and play" body kit. I got a full 1:22 hours body work. Really cool. Also, what a nice neighborhood, kids were looking but not touching without permission and even helped.
Totally blew me away with the patience and skills for building this bodykit! At some points I thought how is he going to fix this, and you found a solution again :P Great video man
Dude, I can't believe the work that you put into this. I'm working on a car right now and I haven't done a tenth of what you're doing. You have given me new life and I'm going to go back on working on my body kit and work even harder to fit it right with all the great ideas you have given me. Thank you so much.
I am 36y and been into projects cars and modding them for the last 20y and to see a young guy doing a top job like this is really good to see. Back in my day we did all the work but seems most young guys these days run to the shop even for a simple mod but you do taking on this project like a boss and to a high level good work hope to see more vid soon giving you big respect all the way from Australia
Ahh great to see ur video again, and once again what a beautiful work... Seeing those kids and helping them make me smile... And i know fixing a car would cost much time and money. Watching the entire adds is what i could do, it ain't much but i hope it helps. For u and whoever reading this, i hope u are having a great and blessed day
Your attention to detail is amazing and you've got the right tool for every job. Thanks for posting all of this. I'm using it as a reference for my zender side skirts and door pods install!
Nice work. I really respect that you stop to take a.moment with the kids. You are a Man after my own heart. More people need to learn to share their gifts , talent and knowledge with the next generation. I.am a subscriber now!
your level of patience is simply amazing. what a cool video to watch. loved your diy ingenuity and execution. also great attention to detail. subscribed. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the amazing video. Your craftsmanship is super impressive. After watching your video I appreciate the various steps that are required to have the perfect body kit. It appears the side panels are permanently bonded to the body and the front and rear bumpers are detachable. I assume this is necessary for the body preparation and paint work. I look forward to seeing the completed project. I hope get started on my own E30 325i cab body kit fitting this winter.
wow that does open a better look at that car what an improvement i have watched you since you where young building rc cars and cool to see you grow up and move on as we all do great job
I am very impressed how this came out. I continued to watch your video and didn't like how it was being put together but at the end it was perfect. Only one thing that get's to me, some of the rust areas you didn't attack and the big chunk you cut off the rear. I would have repaired all with new sheet metal before going into the amount of work you did for the rocker panels and bumpers.
Great video. You have real skill, patience and ability. Time for all the community too, even the squirrels 😳🙌🏼. Bless you, keep up the work. Waiting for the next 👍🏼

I love to see you're making videos again i became a subscriber bec of youre mirage fix episode.. Last January i got mirage 2001 1.8l that im trying to restore. Thanks for those videos. It inspires me .
The attention to detail is crazy! I hope you address the rust spots of the car in order to lengthen the life of the car. Subscribed and liked! Greetings from the Philippines
Great video man! Im in the process of restoring/fitting a mostly OEM MT2 (rep rear bumper) kit to my e30. Your vid really helps with the motivation part!
Looks good, i’m just wondering why you glued those structural supports for the side of the bumper together, now you can never get it off without breaking anything if u need to replace it.
@@DarkDragonWing Like that albino squirrel this is A LOT of work. I'm certain you're going to piss off the purist. However, salute to you and whatever your motivation is. PS: Clearly I need the two main featured tools in this episode.
Don't use Bondo to hold them threaded caps that you used to Mount Your fog lights. Go to your local auto parts store and ask for JB Weld putty it will not crack and break and it's not as brittle as Bondo and it will bond to any material

I have watched this video probably about 60 times in preparation for my mtech 2 kit man I hope to see more content soon! Sending love from indiana🖤!!
Why is this so satisfying to watch? Is it the music or his extra effort to ensure proper fitment
Truely an amazing job well done. The time, patience and skills required are out of this world but you did it and I watched it all. 👍
your attention to detail is superb! If I were to do this I'd say I'll stop at 40% of your progress and call it done

The blending in of that kit was second to none. Awesome!
You inspired me to replace my headlight assemblies by myself! I did both in less than 10 minutes! : )
Finally...I love these Vids...Glad your back again
Must say about the bodykit...you definitely made lemonade out of lemons...real good quality workmanship...well done...!!

This car is gonna look clean bro i cant wait till its finished

Yes a new video where have you been been waiting for some good content ✌👍😁😀
Looks good, i’m just wondering why you glued those structural supports for the side of the bumper together, now you can never get it off without breaking anything if u need to replace it.
I can still take the bumper off. If I need to replace the bumper, then I will have to cut the supports out and glue them to the new bumper.
What year is your E30...I have a 85' and while I want to get rid of the dive boards. I have an inter-cooler issue to think about.
Found it in your links.
I will get to play with the intercooler sometime. I have to replace the radiator support first, it's kinda twisted.

Think I saw 88 on some of the tags idk
WHAT AN AMAZING VIDEO!! I was literally just trying to find out how to do this. You make the best vids
Don't use Bondo to hold them threaded caps that you used to Mount Your fog lights. Go to your local auto parts store and ask for JB Weld putty it will not crack and break and it's not as brittle as Bondo and it will bond to any material
Oh yeah! A new video of E30 Fix!
Amazing attention to detail. Ingenuity at its best...
Finally new video and it is awesome! It looks perfect! 👌🏻
Great technique putting sand paper on the ground, nice maki!
Finally, a 1:1 RC!!
What glue do you use? Sealant is ok, to instal side skrit no need drill n add extension in center, just glued with silicone n bolt in side end
I use 3M 08115 Panel Bonding Adhesive. I wanted the side skirts to be easily removable, and there are some rusted areas that I have to fix. Cheers
@@DarkDragonWing its no good see screw on that side, sealant is enough tough and easy to remove to, you actually wrong
Dude. Incredible fabrication. Well done.
This is such excellent content, love in-depth videos like this! Thank you
Maki your back!!!! *hugs* we missed you
Dude i am also an owner of an e30 mtech2, but man that Lund boat is a beast! With an ulterra at the front damn

Nice to see you back idol ...
See this man has everything to do this I have my moms garage and some sand paper
Excellent travail très propre et précis ! Bravo 🇫🇷
My man great work. Miss your videos
Looking forward to the finished product! Love the videos. Giving me a lot of inspiration on my new 91' e30 build.
Ur a lucky man if you have a late model coupe e30 with sunroof.
Gotta love dem "Bolt Ons"
great video - had me captivated from start to finish - thank you for sharing!
you should use the fiberglass reinforced body filler on some of the mounting studs it would be a lot stronger than regular body fit
Your attention to detail is amazing
โห เพิ่งเห็นว่ามีคลิปรถจริงด้วย สู้ ๆ ครับ
Glad to see your progress, Mackey. Nice video ;)
