Love the planter! I think either a birds of paradise or olive tree is great idea for it! If you do birds of paradise I would do a real one! They get so big and beautiful and you’ve definitely got the space for it. Mine is already 9 ft tall 😁 if you do olive tree I would definitely do faux. Your office chair is so you! Great color! I think a bench under the office window is a great idea! 👍💖

Your home is incredible, it’s coming along beautiful 😍. If you still wanted to test out your dining room rug in other spots, you could try it in your office. Or maybe switch it out for a bigger one.

Do u know the name of the privacy trees outside that will grow. I am on the market myself as I do not want to buy an additional fence. It’s one up but I want more privacy fr my neighbors.
Hi, I’m not sure of the official name, but they’re commonly called Green Giants. They’ll grow up to 50 feet tall, so I’m sure they’ll provide a nice privacy fence for you.

You are right to go with the bigger rug for the nook, lol, I think it would look better and keep the floors from being scarfed; and the chair for your Office is so you (pink, lol). What color is your wood floors? I’m looking for something that doesn’t lean orange yellow or red. On camera, they look like a nice med tone brown
The stain is Weathered Oak. And yes, it's a medium brown.
