Hey, I've also tuned my Audi q3 35 tdi Quattro to stage 2 Ecu tune. It's a sleeper now. I got 200 wheel horsepower. I got a K&N air filter, superchip tune, new Audi alloys and pirelli p7. Upgraded stock wheel from 215/65r16 to 235/55r17. Like I want to say that I need to learn again to drive this car like a brand new car. From 70 kmph it takes like no time to reach 140kmph. It's an absolute beast.

Tcu tune is just not for the power..dsg in stock tune has a lot torque limiters and that wont let power to used the way its supposed to be..get rid of those torque limiters then see the magic happen!!got this info from prithwi..he has rs 245 first thing he did is stage 2 tcu tune prior to ecu the reason being the same
@@TheDriversHub I am having a gti. But my gearbox struggled a lot with stage 2 remap. After TCU tuning issue got resolved. But the car war jerking a bit during shifts.
@@suhas8789 since the shifts happening in dsg are pre-programmed. My car after stage 2 map was not shifting properly. But after TCU it was better.. but the shifting was lot smooth when it was stock. But after map car is performing well. I am a happy customer of code6 tunning.

TCU tune is very much required I think.. my Polo gti without TCU tunning , it's confusing between the gears .
Do you have a GT TSI or a proper GTI? Any case, the gearboxes in those cars aren't as advanced and as tolerant as the DQ500 found in the Q3!
