1. An analysis of the holding of the US government debt as reflected in the books of the Federal Reserve
2. An analysis of the foreign reserves of at least the top 25 economies and
3. Bank of International Settlements (BIS) report on forex flows based on SWIFT system
will answer the fundamental question of "follow" the money.
"Follow the money" gives a more grounded geopolitical reality. Without funding, there is no state capacity. For example, present day Pakistan.
Therefore, my request is to add this dimension to your analysis.

Good evening sirs as per india s concerns of security in it s neighborhood are concerned we have enough potential to deal with it but most important problems of us are semiconductor s manufacturing for self reliance the availability of cheap crude oil and third is availability of rair earth elements along with lithium ion technology for future vehicles demand in this field rest of the things we can deal including internal security situation with out compromising our original constitutional obligations of the genuine citizens expectations for their decent future provided we have a purely Indian model of economics and employment of it's masses

Hmmm. Makes one wonder whether the India/China issue was created to keep India inside the warm embrace of the of the Empire.
So, India prefers the real dominance of the US over the perceived future dominance of China?
Barring all out nuclear war, which makes predictions difficult, the world is being split into camps. Five eyes, Europe, Japan Korea, on one side and the rest on the other.
India will soon need to decide which side it is on.
