Rumble is skilled imo because it’s not just about spamming every ability but timing it, also with the c and v , if u miss if you can get heavily punished.
You can pretty much spam it or do comboes it really depends to even say skilled or unskilled

Rumble is an skilled fruit, but depending on the build it makes the fruit so much no skill (like in the video), the best for using rumble is with sword main or gun main, fruit main is really no skill, and before you say "but it's no skill because it breaks obs and have an big attack on area, and the 3 dashes and it's no skill"
it have an really big attack on area the X attack but when you see an rumble user teleporting close to you is literally just press spacebar or use R to teleport '-'
it's easy to dodge, the V attack have an big attack on area too, but it's easy to dodge too, just use teleport in a high distance, it have an delay when using X, C and V rumble attack, and it makes easier to see when the rumble user is going to use any skill.
and it breaks obs because it's literally impossible you start an combo in any one without making your opponent obs breaks, the C attack is really hard to hit and breaks obs too, the rumble fruit is not no skilled like:
dough, leopard, kitsune, t-rex, buddha, venom, spirit, shadow, and much others that i don't even need to say... 💀
Use an build like: Godhuman, Rumble AWK, Koko/Shisui/Yoru/Soul Cane/Bisento, Acidum Rifle.
This build is really skilled, it's just select an sword or use it as gun main.
This is an real no skill rumble build: Eletric claw/Sanguine art, Rumble AWK, Cursed Dual Katana/Spikey Trident/Tushita/Rengoku/Fox Lamp/Midnight Blade/Shark Ancor/Dragon Trident, Soul Guitar.
Any build with any of these swords and fighting styles are no skill.
The 3 dashes is really good in pvp and mobility, and it's literally an human v4 tp '-'
and before you say that it's no skill, i can answear it easily: meh.
and if you think that God is more no skilled than eletric claw, you are wrong.
you probably think that God is no skill because more peoples uses it, or because it deals an big damage.
but counting in time eletric claw attacks recharge much faster, so it makes the fighting style more spammer, break obs easily and deals more damage --> (with the time).
And eletric claw have more attack in area faster, is easily to play with literally any sword (one example is tushita, e claw and tushita is really broken)
and if you think that literally the rumble fruit is the most broken fruit in the game.
compare rumble fruit with any skill sword, against kitsune or any other broken fruit like dough or t-rex and CDK/Fox Lamp/Tushita and any other broken sword

it’s varying from max in sword and max in fruit. you just need to find what suits you more or use sword if u have cdk or midnight blade

rumble is skilled but only with some builds like acidum soul cane and superhuman or superhuman shisui kabucha. Hope this shows why rumble is skilled! :)
