For those curious, this is how the “Rocket” buses work: 1. They operate only in peak times and in the direction of peak e.g. P344 would operate TO Brisbane city in the morning peak only while it will operate OUT of the city in the afternoon peak. 2. They are express services that stop at bus stops with an “R” sign at the bus stop (similar to BUZ routes) 3. You require a go-card to travel on these services. 4. The P means prepaid. Please correct me if I made a mistake.

Route P344 is not the Rocket, its the Old City Precincts Express Route 442.
So how do these 'P' buses work? Ive always been curious, are they like an express buz?
It’s a pre paid service that only accepts go card or a ticket that u have already purchased from a ticket machine or bus
It's a pre-paid service. (pre-covid) they didn't sell paper tickets on 'P' services. Most of them are also peak-only rockets (except the now-axed P88)
