I've been a Dodgers fan for decades and I've never, EVER, seen a lefty hit the ball where Shohei did against the Red Sox. I'll never forget it. On my next visit to the stadium, I stood under that sign and just couldn't believe how far away home plate was..

Not really, you do realize he’s been playing this way for years, but the main reason he’s getting all this attention is due to the team he plays for. Those high ratings you are seeing? Lots are from Japanese viewers, who while yes are new viewers for the MLB, aren’t “getting back into baseball”.
