I have a question, do we need to take off every fairings of the back and the side of the pcx ? Or can i just take of the seat and under to have access to the fuel pomp ? Thank you !
Hello, great master. After the fuel pump on my Honda PCX 125cc broke, I installed a new one. Now, every time I start the engine, it takes 5 seconds to start, whereas it used to start immediately, at most within 1 second. Additionally, when it starts, it doesn't respond to throttle for the first 30 seconds. Do you know what could be the issue?
That symptom is not related to the fuel pump. It is difficult to answer because you have to see it yourself to know.

정비하다가. 볼트가 바닥에 남으면 사장님께서는 다시 분해 하시는지요? 질문이 너무 센가요. ㅎ
간혹사람이라 ..옆에서 지켜 보는 저도...
분명 그런일이 생길 것이라 생각을 하고 지캬 봅니다만...
의외로 볼트가 남아 도는 일이 거의 없습니다.(믿기어려운 ㅋ)
사장님 말로는...볼트가 남는 일이생기면...보통은 그 볼트가 어디에 쓰이는 것인지 안다고 합니다.
그리고 만약 장착을 안했으면, 당연히 분해하여 다 시 조립을 한다고 합니다.
이런 질문 좋습니다. ㅎㅎㅎ😄

Why happend that on the pump fuel??
I think it was assembled incorrectly at the factory or assembled and sold as a defective product.
I don't think rust can occur on a motorcycle that has been in service for a short period of time.
Hi Dear , My PCX has mil light on steady and sometimes high rpm . I've been changed the Idle Sensor ,Tps Sensor , New Air filter, New Injector,New spark plug and the Throttle Body its fully Cleaned few days ago. But the light won't go away. I Will adjust the valves tomorrow. Do you know what problem could be this? Thanks Sr, All the best.
The problem can be solved by replacing the “throttle sensor,” the square part next to the injector that has the thing that plugs into it.
I changed this one too , the TPS right ?
@@diegofurlan4322 no. This is the “SENSOR” attached to the “THROTTLE BODY ASSY”.
제보이져도 연료펌프 교체를 해야하는데..30만원이라..엄두를 못내고 있네요.

질문을 드릴려고하는데요
저는 pcx 125 20년식 오너입니다
현재 주행거리 56000km 정도이고 시동이 안걸려서 연료펌프 앗세이 교체를 했습니다
시동은 잘걸리는데 연료게이지가 기름가득넣으면 연료게이지가 물결치고 기름이 달아지면 또 원상태로 돌아옵니다 혹시 무슨문제인지알수있을까요 ..?
일단...연료를소모 하였을때 계기판의 연료량의 변화가 보이면, 센서 부분은 문제가 없다고 보여집니다.
다만 연료가가득 찾을 경우 말씀하신 "믈결을 친다" 라는 부분은 무엇을말씀 하시는것인지 알 수가 없네요.
센서 상단에 문제가 있거나....아니면..새로 장착한 센서가 예민하거나...
일단은 직접 본것이 아니라서..뭐라 말씀드리기 어렵네요.
만약 .. 연료가 중간 이하로 떨어질때 ...센서가 정상 작동을 한다면..참 애매한 부분 입니다.
고장이라고하기도그렇구요..
이 연료 게이지 센서는..연료의 양만 체크하는 것일뿐..
기타 다른 부위와는 전혀 상관 없는 독립적인 부분으로
엔진 시동과는 무관한 부분입니다.

Hola amigo, tengo un problema con honda 125 pcx, al arrancar el motor en frío abro gas y se para, tengo que esperar 5minutos que se caliente el motor, ya le e sustituido el tps la bujía y la bomba de gasolina, me podría aconsejar donde puedo tener el problema, gracias amigo
El resultado de preguntar con el mecánico fue...
Dicen que el problema se solucionará ajustando las válvulas del motor.

Me puedes decir el ajuste de las válvulas de escape y de admisión, yo la tengo 0.25 mm de escape, y 0.10 la de admisión, espero su confirmación gracias amigo

Hello master, greetings from Istanbul, Turkey. I have a Honda pxc 125 cc 2021 model scooter. The fuel tank is vacuuming. What causes the problem? How do I solve the problem? Thank you
The fuel tank cap has a hole that allows air to escape. If this part becomes problematic, pressure may build up in the tank.
Replace the tank cap, or check and drill a hole in the fuel tank cap.

@@MotorcycleRepair Türkiye Istanbul, my dear master, if you allow me, I would like to have the knowledge to consult you on a subject.On my Honda PCX, there is a very slight interruption between 45/47 and 50/52 km, the speed is cut off and I see a sudden drop below the speed limit for 1 or 2 seconds, the scooter spark plug head has changed, the spark plug has changed, the air flow has changed, the engine oil has changed, the battery voltage is normal, the fault code is none. It doesn't work, the brake fluid has changed, the antifreeze has changed, the front and rear brake pads have changed, why does the problem arise or what is the source of this problem or what else could it be, where else should we look, thank you very much, best regards.

The surface of the drive face of the drivetrain - This may be a symptom that occurs when only a certain part is worn and the belt goes beyond that area.
I'm giving you an answer without actually riding the motorcycle and confirming it.

사고 차는 아니고, 출고된지 오래된 경우에 가끔 발생하는 불량입니다.
기름게이지 연료가 빨리 닳는느낌이 나는데 이상있는걸까요?
그정도로 느낀다면 ...
일단은
타이어 압력이 낮은 상태로 운행을 한다던지..
점화 플러그나 에어필터의 교체 시기가 된것일 수도 있습니다.
보고있으니 욕나옵니다
뭘 저따위로 만들었는지
부품하나 교체하기위해
전부 다해체

기어가 끼어서 고정된 느낌 입니다.
내부 기어가 걸려있을수 있겠네요..커버를 열어보면 답이 나오는 것으로 어러운 것은 아닙니다

@@MotorcycleRepair 조언대로 발전기쪽 커버 열고 스타트모터 체인 점검하니 윤활이 부족해 끼었더라구요.
윤활하고 체인점검하고 조립후 현재는 잘됩니다.
기종은ca100입니다.
