There is no better material you can get out there for free of this level of Quality and knowledge. The man is golden, help dozens of people including me get into IT and get promoted and 10 yrs later, i still use his material to get more certifications, stay current and going up the ladder of promotion. Have more chances of finding another job quicker even if you get laid off and also not be the 1st one out when the company goes under because of how valuable you are through your knowledge and qualification. Hello, how is an IPS a corrective control? I thought it would fall under the preventive category?
An IPS certainly would also be considered preventive. The categories are not mutually exclusive.
