@varun,@soumya- For question5. Why not answer B , if there is a lack of servant leadership, obviously team members would not be able to neutralise the impediments.
Hi Varun & Saumya , Taking the offshoot from Question 2 Under what situations are volatile agile timeboxing ( Variable size iterations) advisable to be used ?
with reference to Question-5 , its the job of the Servant leader, to remove blockers or impediments , so if there is insufficient leadership , wont that result into team not being able to overcome or neutralize impediments. Could you elaborate on why this option has not been selected .?
Please help me with q2. Option B in it says "Let exec team know about flexible nature of Agile planning". I understand why option D can given an accurate project finish date. But that date will be aplicable only when there is no oter chnage. The moment a change comes in the date will change and thats what option B states right?
Typically this comes from organization level on what methodology company uses. This is done at initial stages on the project. If the team thinks that requirements will keep on changing then they will prefer agile. If its other way round then they may prefer predictive. So it just depends from situation to situation Varun
Pmp is still considered to be the most entry point certification to vouch for your project management skills. People typically first do PMP and then ACP. These people are considered to be more in demand as compared to someone who is just pmp or ACP. Varun
Sir, can you please provide your inputs on memorizing the 49 processes that used to be a key for the earlier exams before 2020. Is this still valid for the new 2021 exams?
Hi Tom: lot of people have this confusion: pmp exam was never about 49 processes even in 2020. What you get in pmp is scenario based questions where the background ideology is those processes even if you give the exam in 2021. Let me give you an example: one of the process in 2020 was to manage team which was part of resource management knowledge area. Now the learning which you get from this manage team process is still valid in 2021 as part of people domain from the exam content outline. So honestly the ideology is still the same only thing which they have changed is grouping of those processes and now they call it in people, process and business domains. Please let me if I can answer any more questions Varun

Ciao, nella domanda 5, non ho capito perché la risposta B non è corretta. Voglio dire che se un progetto agile non ha un servant leader efficace, i membri del team non saranno efficacemente supportati nella risoluzione dei problemi
As per the explanation also, the correct answer is B. Option D is about deviations. Nowhere in the question they talked about project being deviated from the plan so we cannot assume that. Varun
@@EduHubSpot It says 'proactively'. Which means this is to avoid deviations. This is part of being transparent of the work being done by the team. Also talking too fast with strong accent.
