In the video you asked about flipping the video so it's not a mirror image anymore. If you are using iMovie '11 now, you're probably not having the problem anymore, since they fixed that issue. If you are on iMovie '09 or '08 - just select the entire clip, then click the little grey drop-down icon that appears over the corner of the clip, and select "Clip Adjustments" then "Video Effect" and then select "Flip". I hope that helps.
