this game was an example to the industry: original, fun and intense, with tasteful graphics, a likeable character... and they didn´t rush into making a second and a third and a fourth...

I love this game, played it so many times.. It hurts so much too see someone doing it for the first time and doing all the jumps the slowest way possible :D
I forgot how frustrating it is to watch Sips play anything you have played yourself. He is really unbelievably bad at every game he plays.
In fairness, he's also constantly talking and being entertaining while doing so... not sure you or I tend to play games that way. It probably increases the difficulty level and reduces concentration.
When I saw the description of this video and it described Mirror's Edge as an "old game", I felt the need to stand up and take a long look into the mirror.

One of my favorite games ever. Tho a bit short, still quite awesome and at times breathtaking.
OMG THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE GAMES. I'VE PLAYED THIS LIKE TWENTY TIMES. I love you Sips. This is probably going to be frustrating to watch for me though, lol.

One quick thing, holding shift while wall running is not necessary. It actually slows you down slightly, that's why you couldn't get right across that gap near the beginning.
This was so exciting to watch. I was on the edge of my seat with you mate! haha
Great to watch. Sips, try to only use the combat roll from really high jumps. Using it on some smaller jumps only slows you down. Try to keep momentum throughout the level. Would love to see more episodes.
This game is amazing, but Sips makes it EPIC!
Well, in case you have not played the game. Faith is a "Runner", meaning that she is a rebel who just does not accept the governement ruling the whole land. So, she is a pretty serious threat to the city.
Gonna keep watching this series. Please enable the game subtitles though, if there's an option for it.

Actually, it is possible, those runner glyphs the game was talking about, they appear on walls near where hidden bags are just gotta keep a keen eye.

Every item that is red in this game is good. Red doors, red leach, red ramp and so on. Red = good = use the crap out of.
This game + Oculus rift = Orgasmic heart-attack.
This makes me want to get back on and play I got this for my bday the same year it came out

Parkour. Mirror's Edge is by far one of my favorite games of all time. This game got me training in parkour. I live in Japan >:) So I have alot of nice rooftops to jump around on :P and I also train in my flips too. Flips be scary though haha

As someone who spammed the flarv out of this game when it was released and became pretty fucking good at speedruns/time trial maps (if i do say so my self) it is fucking hilarious to watch the best dad playing it, i can imagine people getting annoyed at him failing certain bits but tbh on the first playthrough you learn as you go even the tutorial doesn't really prepare you for some of the levels, glad i decided to re watch some of these old videos, ly Sips
