I Know RIGHT? I like to believe that it comes out once every 667 years to join souls like in the blood ball. But when it's joined two souls, it appears again when the other is in danger, needs their help, or the moment when they're both kissing. (Example, Bon bon the birthday clown when Star was in trouble and right now, when Star & Marco kissed. ) Just my belief though! ^_^
The blood moon naturally happens for a full day every 667 years, for everyone to see. Most likely, only Marco and Star can see it when it appears because of their bond, as no one else has ever pointed it out it. Also, if the blood moon would appear physically for every time a bond of entities did something bond related, the moon would be constantly red at that point lol. It seems to be a multidimensional event, as it has been present on both Mewnie and Earth (the Underworld is in Mewnie, just underground). I'm also assuming that since Marco is bonded to a royal member of Mewnie, he is able to use the wand properly. This would mean the lobster guy from season one would only be able to cause outbursts of destruction with the wand (while not being able to cast regular spells). It would also mean that Marco is not a blood relative of Star (thank god lol).
The message and delivery of that message in Booth Buddies was actually quite brilliant. "No, Starco is not sunk yet. But shame on those who try to push it above all else regardless of the characters' current circumstances." _A shame the writers later forgot about their own message!_
Speaking of bootleg Toffee, my only real complaint with this show is lack of development with Toffee. Still has an unknown backstory and mysterious motivations. Wasted character
I can agree that I'd like more Toffee development, but he's certainly not a wasted character. I know for a fact that Battle for Mewni is not the last time we're gonna see Raptor God Man. We know he has ties with Eclipsa, so everything will tie together eventually.

I thought it was definitely forced a bit. It was not the right time for that. And it's only gonna make things worse at this point. Tom will definitely (hopefully) still play a big part in the series after he finds out. But like you said, it sucks that characters like Jackie, Kelly, and Tom seem to get used as plot devices.
Blue Order Actually Tom probably wont be used because hes a main reason to helping Mewmans and Monsters coming to peace. So I really hope they resolve this issue and find a way through it and not just discard Tom.

Hi hello I'm back on my bullshit So, I was rewatching some episodes, and I was curious about the spell back in season fucking one, when Star turned Marco's arm into a tentacle. I realized the words are a bastardized Latin, so I looked up the meaning. The spell was *"Releasio Demonius Investiga!"* Releasio: (not actual Latin but) Release Demonius: Demon Investiga: Search "Releasio Demonius Investiga": *Search for and release the demon.* That spell wasn't intended for transformation. *It was meant for revealing.* *That spell wouldn't have worked if Marco didn't have some sort of other blood in his family line.* Also: You'll notice that beings such as humans can't use the royal wand, because they have no magical potential. It appears that all Mewmans and all monsters have at least some level of magic potential within them, thus why Festivia and her descendants were still able to cast magic. It's probably possible to learn to cast magic without the wand to act as a focus, but it's much, much harder. I looked back, and it appears that literally the only thing the blood moon bond is meant to do is create that soul link, which wouldn't necessarily create a magic share between the two people. So then, *how was Marco able to transform and use the wand?* And why was the wand, in that form, more similar to Eclipsa's than Star's? Again, this is just a theory, but if I'm right, then *SCREECH*

Here's my theory- The lover moved on after Eclipsa was imprisoned and fell in love with another mewman (alternatively, the lover went with another demon thing and his descendant fell in love with a mewman). It eventually leads to Tom. He's only HALF monster, like Meteora. They both have also hidden their tails. AND Tom is a demon. This basically makes any relationship between Tom and Star awkward (and potentially dangerous) (even if Star's not related to Eclipsa). Thus, Tomstar dies. 0w0

I had seen it after "New World" pointed it out in a comment posted last night. That's insane. I suppose that little detail is visible only when it's in moonlight. Because when it was concealed in the photo box, there was no glowing symbols, but as soon as it exits the photo box and moonlight hits it, there's glowy marks.

Not sure if Eclipsa's lover was a raptor man. He certainly didn't look much like one when we saw his image in "Butterfly Trap." But it is an interesting correlation that both Eclipsa and Meteora went for monsters.
I completely agree with you there... I just find it extremely suprising how many connections there are between Eclipsa and Toff-Toff. 1. In the episode "Mewnipendence Day" Toffee shows off the all seeing eye bot and says how it's the best way to spy on people. Eclipsa had a spell called the all seeing eye which she also used for spying (Glossaryck states so) 2. He knows about the monster temple where Eclipsa lived. (Ludo says his wand told him where to find it. 3. Toffee's general knowledge of magic and how it works. 4. He is named after candy. 5. Toffee didn't have his RIGHT middle finger. Wedding rings are worn on thise in this series. 6. His conversations with Glossaryck are very "hello old friend"-like-), and we know Gloss adored Eclipsa. 7. Eclipsa made plenty of dark spells... according to her some didn't even get in the book. So why not add shapeshifting. 8. "All knowledge is good knowledge."-Eclipsa. Toff-Toff sure does know a lot about stuff. There are sooo many connections that it's hard to believe they aren't connected in some way.
I usually wait until the air date, just to be sure there won't be any surprise copyright issues. But I'm debating whether or not I should do it early for the sake of avoiding spoilers. I would have to wait 2 weeks for the first episode to actually air, and a lot could be spoiled in 2 weeks, so I'm not sure. It's a potentially dangerous situation either way.

I just find it extremely suprising how many connections there are between Eclipsa and Toff-Toff.
1. In the episode "Mewnipendence Day" Toffee shows off the all seeing eye bot and says how it's the best way to spy on people.
Eclipsa had a spell called the all seeing eye which she also used for spying (Glossaryck states so)
2. He knows about the monster temple where Eclipsa lived. (Ludo says his wand told him where to find it.
3. Toffee's general knowledge of magic and how it works.
4. He is named after candy.
5. Toffee didn't have his RIGHT middle finger. Wedding rings are worn on thise in this series.
6. His conversations with Glossaryck are very "hello old friend"-like-), and we know Gloss adored Eclipsa.
7. Eclipsa made plenty of dark spells... according to her some didn't even get in the book. So why not add shapeshifting.
8. "All knowledge is good knowledge."-Eclipsa.
Toff-Toff sure does know a lot about stuff.

I would have to wait 2 weeks for the first episode to actually air, and a lot could be spoiled in 2 weeks, so I'm not sure. It's a potentially dangerous situation either way.
