"BEST" Beach Camp In NSW, We Were Told... Pebbly Beach, Yuraygir National Park.

- G'day G'day,
We were first told about this spot by a Grafton local while we were in Innamincka. He said he'd be coming to this beach for over 40 years. We made note and forgot about it. We then heard of it again when mentioning a good beach camp spot among fellow travelers. So we marked it on our map. On our way south through NSW we steered the Luxy toward it. Quite the popular spot however. As we had to wait wait a week to get a site booked.
I'm glad we did. It's definitely up there with one of the best beaches we've camped on.

Wow, fantastic. Alan and I are counting the days down to get back on the road .we been travelling but had to come back to Port Macquarie too. Catch up with doctors and help out on the family oysters farm .just wondering if you think you could put pictures of the map where you are going only if its not a secret spot, we all got to have them special spots, thanks heaps for shearing your adventure
Ahh true. Well enjoy the oyster farm. Obviously a few oysters will be had. I'm looking forward to our next feed of oysters now you mentioned it. It's been a while. Did you want a map outlining how to get here?
No thanks all good just throught would be a good to see. I will have a look on the maps and might have to go there for a surf and camp
@@bundy1579 ahh yeah cool. Yuraygir National Park it is between Grafton and Coffs. The turnoff is just near a service station heading southbound on the highway. Google maps actually takes you there correctly.

It's a bloody good spot.
Yeah the trailer was fine. The sand was really not a problem. Probably didn't need 4x4 even. We didn't know the lay of the land, so we had her locked in to get there. Way out we didn't bother.
Top spot! Definitely mid week is the time to be there.
